Policies

Prints are made to order and will be produced & shipped to you within 5-10 business days (excluding holidays & weekends). Your goods will be packed with care and shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

SHIPPING NOTES:

Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Because of the amount of orders we quickly turn around, Pretty Chic SF can't be responsible for shipping addresses that are not current in your profile. If your package is returned for wrong address, you will be billed for additional shipping. In addition, PC can't be responsible to quote or pay for customs fees for international orders. The buyer is responsible for paying their governments fees and should understand their country's import regulations before making international purchases.

RETURNS/REFUNDS:

We take great pride in the quality of our products. Attention to design, service and craftsmanship is our priority. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know within 7 business days of receipt for a refund or exchange. PCSF accepts returns in their original condition & packaging. Acceptance of merchandise or purchase constitutes acceptance of these terms.
